RCC meets the needs of our community. Sometimes, individuals need help nourishing their bodies due to food insecurity. Other times, they may need to nourish their soul with conversation, encouragement, prayer, or fellowship. RCC is committed to providing for both of these needs.
Food & Friends is a free family-style meal provided for anyone who needs nourishment or needs a moment to enjoy a safe environment with friendly, smiling faces willing to welcome them. All are welcome to have a home-cooked meal, including drinks and a dessert.
How Can You Help?
If you’re interested in volunteer opportunities with Food and Friends, you can help by joining one of our teams. The Meal Team is responsible for providing a home-cooked meal that will be served on Thursday nights. The Serve Team greets, fellowships, and serves food to all who come to share a meal.
