Bible Text: Mark 2:1-12, Psalm 130:3, Psalm 103:12, Micah 7:19, John 1:29, Ephesians 4:32, Matthew 18:35, I Timothy 1:15 | Preacher: Nathan Freeman | Series: Freedom | 1. Freedom is really applied forgiveness.

The greatest miracle of Jesus is he’s got the authority to forgive.

2. Freedom is no longer defined by past wrongs.

Every saint has a past.
Every sinner has a future.

“God takes your sins, hurls into the depths of the sea and then erects a no fishing sign.” – Corrie Ten Boom
3. Freedom is realizing that I’m no longer confined by past wounds.

Holding on to past wrongs never turns out right.

The litmus test for the reality of the Gospel in your life is the extent to which you give grace and forgiveness to the person who has hurt you the most.
